Client Review on Prompt Technology

Feedback:

I dropped my Mac off because it was running slow & my doctor recommended Prompt Technology. The guy here not only broke the shell on my MacBook, but he "did not check" to see if the apps on my computer functioned after he worked on it. So when I arrived to pick it up and pay $151.55, my computer's performance was exactly the same & now I have an erratic mouse that was not an issue beforehand. I didn't receive an apologize & he didn't attempt to give any positive customer service. He told me to take It somewhere else, so I would say that's the most positive thing he said. Take his advice.
