Have to wear the brace I had made seven years ago because ALL the ones this place made doesn’t work and they can’t seem to make any that can be used to walk with. the only advice I have is to go someplace else or you’ll end up buying a VERY pricey paperweight ♂️ I won’t be back

Orthotic Care called my insurance for me to see if inserts were covered they said it was covered I had flat feet these insert cost $204.00 When I got a bill and insurance didn't cover it I asked them why and they said no insurance cover foot insert for flat feet but covered it only for diabetic, why didn't they tell me before I purchased these expensive inserts buyer beware they will not inform you correctly until they are purchased.
