We wanted to improve the user experience on Colore Maps website and bought the UX Diagnostic package from ProtoFuse.The diagnostic review prepared for us was clearly pointing the areas that needed improvements, but the one hour GoToMeeting presentation Eric gave me was invaluable. I had the chance to deeply understand why and where changes are needed and got Eric's opinions on a few ideas I had about making those changes.Last weekend we rolled on most of the changes to the website, and are very satisfied with the new design and the simplified flows.I would highly recommend ProtoFuse to anyone looking to hire an expert to help improve their website results.
