I have called and left no fewer than 5 messages about a clip from a film I would like to use and NO ONE will call me back. Even when I explain what I am looking for AND ask not to go to voicemail, they still put me through to the same guy's voicemail that DOESN'T call back! So frustrating. This has been going on for 5 weeks now! I guess I should have realized a few weeks ago that they would not be forthcoming, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and use the clip that is perfect for the class I am teaching. Very unfortunate. *****Update-Almost immediately after posting this review, the gentleman did call me back and I finally received the information I had been seeking, so I am bumping it up from a 1 star to a 3 star to be fair.
