I was dead in the water when I messed up my music PC. PRR was able to get things up and running for me in no time, replacing mobo and cpu. Couldn't ask for any better service!!! Back to recording music.

I took my laptop in on a Friday after it was not able to connect to the internet and couldn't find any wireless networks. I went in and Mike was very professional, explained the process and called me twice that afternoon with updates. Phil, the owner, took over the repair on Saturday morning and replaced a part that got it working again quickly. I'm always afraid to try new computer repair places for fear I will be overcharged. Not the case here. They were fast, skilled and very fair in their pricing. I appreciated their knowledge and integrity. I'll definitely go there for any future computer repair issues.

I recently needed help with installing a new computer backup system. Left Phil Rice a voicemail plus sent an email asking if he could help. Never heard back. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Or is he out of business?
