The service technician was extremely competent and was able to successfully remove viruses and protect my computer from future spyware attacks and the price is less expensive than other computer repair outfits. The technician even installed software to indicate which sites are safe when surfing the Internet through Google browser. I was able to reach the company after working hours for service. I trust this company and would definitely continue to use their services again.

I typically don't write reviews but I had such great service from this company. If your looking for any technical help for yourself or business Charles lets you know exactly what he does. Great communicator and keeps you in the loop and isn't out to scam you. Goes above and beyond and is very knowledgeable and overall great customer service!! I'll be calling again for any future help with hardware or software.

I am a college student that practically survives with my laptop. You can imagine how devastated I was when I went to log on to my laptop the night before a huge assignment was due to print it, and my laptop crashed. This assignment had taken me two weeks of research to complete, and I knew there was no way I could rewrite it before class the next day. I frantically tried everything, but my harddrive was fried. This company saved my life (and all my class assignments) by recovering everything from my laptop. I highly recommend this company to anyone with computer issues and emergencies. The owner is very knowledgeable, personable, and top of the line with his computer skills. I cannot thank him enough!
