My two star rating is for the company's great artistic and web team. Their sales and management has a lot to be desired and get a zero rating. Anything that is said get in writing. Check your billing statements closely. If they offer you a credit make sure you get that in writing and that it is applied quickly. Keep all email correspondence. Don't expect timely responses. Departments don't communicate. Also Danielle Nichols works for PS so ignore her great star review
