Not helpful at all. The guy didn't provide available time and exact location to me when I called the number. He showed no respect and just said I would think about it when I asked him to call back on monday.

Very unprofessional. The address showed on Google map is unclear with no house number. So, I made a call to the number from Google. The person who picked up the phone never want to provide a correct address. And there is only a P.O. BOX address on its official website. Then I was wonder if the technician do a visiting-service I asked. But the answer was "I think about it". I was very not sure what this answer means. And today is it's working hour according to Google. I went to Psychsoft as my first choice because the high rating score, but now, I am very disappointed.
