Super clean Publix and a totally different design then normal supermarkets. Walking in the front you'll find a round Customer Service center. Staff was very friendly, just about all of them said hello to me or asked me if I needed service or help.

Overall, not a bad experience. I have been to this store multiple times and it's never a problem with cashiers or employees. was nice and let us store our cart full of food behind the service counter while we waited for our cab to show up. Great service with a smile Kim...

We have been loyal weekly customers since the stores inception and all I can say is WOW! What a sharp decline!! The staff could care less about customer service the selection is very poor as well as the quantity of items as I’m having to get several rain checks early in the sale and it’s often difficult to fulfill the rain checks after the fact. The last three times we had heroes from the deli the sandwich was way thinner than usual with barely any toppings and the hero was stale and small. Publix’s sales aren’t as good as they used to be either. Not by a long shot. This Publix is a parody of its former self. If you can go to the new Dunnellon location the staff is super helpful and selection and store layout are very customer friendly.
