I worked with Jeff in the event planning department for my wedding cake and treats. He was wonderful. When our wedding had to be cancelled because of Hurricane Dorian we were able to get a refund. The service was exceptional.

Placed my sub order through the Publix app at 6:15, told me to pick it up at 6:45. Went there at 6:40 and they said they were making it, didn’t actually get my sub until 7. Took 45 mins to make a sub...... and they forgot to toast it even though the instruction says it. I always order it through the app and never had problems.

Publix is so very clean and well organized.. Excellent customer service.. Very helpful when needed..

Did a mobile order for me and my mom to get subs there and I'm not impressed. One of the sandwiches didn't have salt and pepper on it and the other didn't have any oil and vinegar packets like it was supposed to and neither sandwich had a lot of toppings. The bread was also very hard like it was stale or had been sitting for a while.
