It just keeps getting better and better. I love the produce department and deli and Shannon in the Seafood department is doing a stellar job. He has a great sense of humor and gave me great advice and tips on what to buy. I always love this Publix, but the customer service is constantly getting better and all of the staff seem to really enjoy their job. Everyone is helpful and genuinely cares about your experience.

Dislike this Publix. They dont honor their sales, employees are no good managers are the same. Sandlake Publix is THE BEST...hands down

The staff was friendlier than the customers. People shopping were really rude. It was my first time shopping there, I normally shop at the one on sandlake. Customers would bump into me and didn’t say sorry or excuse me. People were over crowding the entrance and didn’t make enough room for others to pass through, which made a few middle age women mad and they kept yelling passive aggressive remarks. It was very crowded too on a Saturday so that’s probably why. I felt bad for the employees having to deal with customers like that.

Love this place! If you get checked out by Lisa, say hi and treat this girl nicely! She is extremely polite and always in great mood! Her service and that of the rest of the team makes Publix stand out! Along with that they have choices that can not be found in other stores of the same chain! Very well stocked supermarket! I recommend it highly!

This is how ALL Publix stores should be! It’s the reason you go to a lot of different stores AND Publix combined that and made one great store with all of those delicious offerings. That being said I would like to see a lot more Publix stores in Central Florida designed and stocked with the products they offer at this store. This is a high-end area and it also caters to tourists. The sushi was REALLY good. I asked the associate for extra ginger and he accommodated me. It was delicious! There is a seating area similar to Whole Foods. The store is busy, there’s plenty of parking with easy access to the store. I don’t know that I want to drive across town and deal with traffic though just to experience of all the delicious fresh food they offer here. There’s a Sprouts in Winter Park - i’ll stop again if I’m in the neighborhood but I think I’ll stick to my side of town.
