Unfortunately most of these reviews are clearly fake. I had an interview set up for the next day after I had my preliminary interview and then come to find out my interview was canceled. I called my recruiter to find out what exactly happened and now she's ghosting me. What hell happened??? Even Insight Global's HR department is doing the same. On a side note the people who work here are recent college grads with no idea of how the real world works and only care about cash. Avoid this place if you hate fake people.

My experience with Insight Global has been by far the best staffing company that I’ve had the pleasure of working for. I have been working with Danielle and Madison for the last few weeks and they have both been extremely helpful, full of knowledge and really worked with me on a personal level. They both took the time to know me, understand what career path I wanted to go in and selected the best position for me. They both assisted with throughout the interview processes, scheduling, answering any and all questions I had and I was never misled. I cannot stress enough how fantastic, professional and friendly these ladies were. I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a new career. Thank you!

Insight Global and my recruiter Ana was great. I had a phone interview with Ana which was professional and covered a lot of my background. From that interview Ana thought she had a position that would fit with my skill set and within a few hours Ana was inviting me to have a face to face interview with her. During my interview with Ana, she presented me with a perfect opportunity. Ana and her team are very hands on to ensure that you make a great impression when you interview with a company on their behalf. I am grateful for Ana and Insight Global.

Having used Insight Global to get in touch with CSRA, I would not try to use them again or recommend anyone else use them. It was a promising start and they seemed very professional at first. However, I quickly found out that they were discourteous and never followed though with their promises. Looking back on it, I feel as though they only took me on so they could fill some sort of quota of applicants that move through their system. They rushed to get me an interview next day and then said they would give me a decision from CSRA soon. However, both Mitch and Emmala were extremely poor at communication to the point is was painfully obvious they were ignoring me after promising to provide further information. To this day I have never received an answer, explanation, or apology from them after repeated attempts to connect.

I was impressed with Insight Global from the start of my phone interview all the way to where they got me my perfect job. The people there are thoughtful, kind, energetic, and experienced. As they got to know me, they saw my potential and gave me a chance. It turned out to be the perfect job for me. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I would like to personally thank Brittani G. and Angela for helping me find the job I've always wanted.

I am not one to write reviews online, but this is an exception. This temp agency is rude to people who are willing to work hard for little pay. They make people come in for interviews that they know they have no desire to place. They also love the line "my manager will be contacting you." They also like to stare you down if you dont wear a business suit to a 15 dollar an hour job with no bennefits!
