As market research places go, it is pretty nice. The only real downsides are that it is WAY north of town, and the elevator entrance for mobility impaired folks is a little problematic since the elevator is via the police offices in the same building. If you are going there, and can't take the stairs down to their door, make sure you call first and get directions on how to get to the elevator.Also, Google maps doesn't understand that the parking lot has two entrances, and will try to have you make a u-turn where you can just turn in.
