Kevin at PVS has been doing my video conversions, both VHS to DVD format, and Hi-8 to DVD, as well as various audio cd's for me & my Family since the early 1990's. His work is top notch, on time, within my (meagre) budget, and always with a smile. In the hundreds of conversions he has done, there has been no problems. Recently MY recording equipment malfunctioned, and Kevin saved the day by doing surgical-like work on my priceless footage of a rare rail journey. If ever there was an opportunity to get "gouged", that would have been it, but Kevin was VERY fair in the small extra amt. he charged for saving what would have been a wasted 2-hour video I had made. I know of no other company that does this kind of work in such a professional AND economical fashion, certainly not in the Vancouver area. I look forward to many more years dealing with Kevin at PVS, my "go to" guy for ALL things audio, video and/or digital !

I was the Swordmaster for the Highlander TV series for seasons 3-6 and the 4th movie of the genre, Endgame, and have used PVS for several years to construct and duplicate my professional demo videos and instructional videos and have been impressed with the quality of the product, the very reasonable prices and have had much positive feedback from the purchasers of my instructionals. I would recommend PVS to any fellow professionals without hesitation.

While working 32 years in the District of North Vancouver Fire Department and working closely for 15 of those years in Training & Education I have nothing but admiration and confidence that he delivers as promised with no issues during those years. Many years ago Kevin edited some super 8 movies on Mt. Seymour History. The quality was very good, he added some nice music, and just recently I got a few more copies made. Very happy and look forward to working with Kevin again

Our family business, North Shore Driving School, has known Kevin at PVS Video since he initially met my father back in 1986. Kevin has provided us with a wide array of video services, both professionally and personally, over the past 32 years. He has always completed his jobs on time and provided professional service at a reasonable price. Often times we're unsure how to solve a problem, or uncertain how to complete a project, and he provides us with answers. His video and DVD transfers have helped us teach 1000's of new drivers on the North Shore in our Driver Training classes. Thank you for all of your years of hard work and dedication to help make our small business run more efficiently and stay up-to-date with the current trends.

I found Kevin to be very attentive to my needs and did a great job transferring my VHS home movies to digital format. At his suggestion, I agreed to have the movie on 2 types of media: DVD and high def on a memory stick. He guarantees his work, and when one of the DVD did not play on my home system, he re-burned another disc for me the following day. Prompt response, friendly service, guaranteed work, long years of experience, hence the 5 star review.

This business is of the poorest quality and even worst customer service. Kevin continues to disregard any responsibility for producing below standard work and offers no compensation for mistakes he made which ruined a huge event for us. He keeps pointing the finger to his customers blaming us for not using a certain DVD when in fact he produced 15 copies of the WRONG video. He does not check his work or ensure his work is thoroughly done properly. He shows no documentation or invoices and charges steep prices for horrible work. He offers no refunds but only tries to rectify his huge mistakes with nothing of value. We hope other customers steer clear of this business and save themselves money and grief!
