I knew our website needed an update ... then I receive this email from QeRetail saying they would be happy to perform a free mock-up. I did hesitate, but thought it was worth a go. Was so happy with the work Alex did I went with it. And cost was very reasonable. Alex is very helpful with information that I need to make updates with new product and assures me he will always be there to help in the future. Thank You Alex and Thank You QeRetail!

With 20 years' experience as an online retailer, I have seen the best and worst of web design products. Unfortunately, the majority of the services leave a bad taste in your mouth. When I received an email from Big Commerce introducing the Stencil Design with the offer of a free mock up website, I was critical and leery. However, the thought of a free design peaked my curiosity. Daisy, my eStore Handyman, walked me through the entire process and worked tirelessly to resolve my fears. Alex and his design team quickly created and launched a new website that was far beyond my expectation or imagination.

Totally incompetent...they've been working on a very simple project for over two months and still haven't gotten it right. Phone numbers never work when I'm trying to call. Can't recommend them. I asked for a refund

Great graphics company to send simple ideas to and get back some great work. This company has made it so easy for me to send them requests and quickly get back banners and it is helping us grow our company. We have sent dozens of small projects their way and are very satisfied.

Our Big Commerce (BC) Stencil Template website needed a refresh and Qeretail sent an email that they would do a FREE mock up! I was skeptical when I found out the price and doubted they could fully execute the design they were proposing. I was proven wrong! They delivered above and beyond my expectations and bar none the best value work out there...QeRetail killed it! Killed it in an amazing way! For BC customers out there. Qeretail lost their certification with BC, do to maybe some aggressive email solicitation technics that got their officical partner status revoked. Don't worry...these guys are the real deal.
