Client Review on Quali T, Inc.

Feedback:

Provided my own bag for embroidery. When reviewing the order, told them to make font as large as possible. When picking it up; it looked proportionally off (letter was WAY too small compared to bag size), so when I called them the lady told me yes they could have gone bigger letter. Now when they called back to rectify issue, lady told me "no, couldn't go bigger lettering". Wish they would do more for unsatisfied customer & wish they would be consistent with what there capabilities are, especially when you provide your own bag.
