The office staff get the star for their kindness and the restroom was clean and was supplied of paper products and it wasn’t a dirt lot. That’s all I can say that’s positive about my experience getting loaded here. I had a 11:00 a.m. appointment. Arrived one hour prior to my appointment and staged. They had me back into a door at my appointment time and then nothing. No red light for two hours until I inquired about the load if there was a problem. 15 min later the light went red. One hour later, now three hours past appointment time I inquired again. 20-30 more minutes. Now we are beyond the 4th hour. Told the same thing, 20-30 minutes. Well, it doesn’t even matter now how long it takes after I complete this review. I will never be returning to this facility. It’s so sad appointment times apparently mean nothing here. Communication is horrible regarding what is actually going on and no one around with authority to do anything about it. The office staff did all they could do inquiring each time I went to check on the load. It must be very embarrassing for the office staff to have such faulty operations to deal with. Who is working to resolve these issues? Does anyone care? I don’t about this place anymore. It’s dead to me.
