Client Review on Quartet Digital Printing in Evanston, Illinois

Feedback:

I sent several emails asking about a job. No response (even though they read my emails -- I have that software). Called about my order 3 times. No response.Finally I just go in and find out that my order has been misfiled as "no longer needed". They say it's going to take an hour to print. Come back. Still not finished. They "finish", but it's only half my order. Refuse to give a discount. Don't waste your time here. Even if the staff knows what they are doing, it doesn't matter because at the end of the day... THEY. DONT. CARE.
