Kreela was more than helpful and I appreciate the assistance she gave including researching the best computer for me and then transferring all of the data on my old computer to the new one. I highly recommend the Quickfix team! Brad and Kreela have solved several problems for me. Brad yesterday removed "Video Downloader Ultimate" from my machine that was acting like Malware. Don't ever use that video downloader program! It was a really nasty program that he even had a little difficulty getting off my machine. "Video Downloader Ultimate" originally came with the "Nero Burning ROM" software bundle. Great work Quickfix!
