These guys are awful, and can't seem to give a simple answer as to why I need my price up front. They keep on making new reviews for themselves too apparently. There's no way people are actually making these. Nearly every review here has 1 review per account on it. And they do it in exact increments too. Come on guys, you tried to screw me and now I see I should have read all of your fake reviews here first. Shouldn't have believed your score was that high, for real.

I can’t say enough about this team! My hard drive was fried. Another company told me that they couldn’t even see anything on it - that I lost everything (including baby and family pictures and years of videos). It would cost me over $1000 for them to send it away to possibly retrieve my data. I was devastated! I brought my laptop up to Quick Tech Solutions that same day to see if they could help me. They IMMEDIATELY looked at my laptop. In the end, they were able to recover EVERYTHING and at a fraction of the cost and at a fraction of the time. They also updated my laptop for me. They were extremely professional, informative, helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and fast!! I highly recommend them. Their level of customer service is top-notch! I can’t thank them enough for being able to recover my files and years of memories!!! Quick Tech will be my first call/visit for future tech issues without a doubt.
