What a terrible sign. Our school purchased it and for a while it worked without a flaw. Now, two years later, it is useless, electric grabbing blight that flashes nonsense, turns itself off, and is just an eye-sore. We're a school. The parts are under warranty, but the labor is not. Completely unheard of. We've paid $900 in labor, only to have the sign within a week begin the same nonsense we just had repaired. Can we afford another $900 bill? Does anyone realize we don't have the money to have this thing repaired repeatedly for the same issue? Needless to say, we're a low-income school and we used the sign to communicate with parents who dropped their children off each morning. Now we're lucky it will show the time of day for at least a second before it begins to flash blocks of light. GO ELSE where and seek a quality product from a business who stands by their merchandise and warranty. This company and their service just sucks.
