10/10Just off the phone with Daniel in relation to my car insurance, no quibbles no issues addressed the issue I had no problem. Always a grest deal and while it can take a little while to get through (let's be honest which insurer doesn't) the guys at the end of the phone are always on the ball.Well done Daniel!

Purchased a car insurance policy ,KCU/PC/19/10641/8847 .1) Exorbitant price. Around 4700 e (monthly 383e).They make you sign a credit agreement from another lender who pays in full to the broker for the policy "called close brothers". quote devil collected 1200 deposit, with 9 monthly payments of 383e each by direct debit.2) I cancelled this policy within 4 months as I had to travel for an emergency back home.on call the told me that the charges would be pro rata and the would charge a brokerage of 385e.Later when contacted over email after several days of delay to refund , they replied saying " no refund is due as the policy is cancelled within 4 months and I owe them 768e.These quote devil brokers are mad totally , i have terminated the policy and i have paid the premium for the 4 months i used this policy for ,after i screwed them for misleading information that they shared on several occasions over phone , they have not responded to my emails to teach these frauds a lesson I have engaged a law firm to send them a legal notice and take necessary action in the consumer court.advise you to not opt for any brokers purchase the policy from the company directly.
