We also have the SEO service and have seen better results since taking this service.

Charged us for a service we didn't ask for nor require, blamed us for internal e-mails not being seen or sent and as they had our hosting details, and held our site to ransom until it was paid. Terrible customer service, petty management. Avoid at all costs.
