Had such a positive experience getting my ears pierced at Piercing HQ recently. Felt welcomed and looked after the moment I walked in the door. Kai totally put me at ease and answered all my questions. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of everything, and how clearly aftercare was explained. I felt really confident about my piercings healing well (having had bad previous experiences elsewhere), and so far they are healing beautifully. Thank you, I couldn't be happier!

Unwarranted and suggestive conversation from unfriendly and intimidating male piercing artist around BDSM. Also pierced my areola instead of my nipple. Hasn't healed 8 months later.

I am so pleased that we chose Piercing HQ to find just the right piece of special jewelry for my daughter's 18th birthday. Bella knows her stuff so well that we didn't doubt for a second that were getting exactly what we needed. We were so impressed with the service and professionalism of the team that I took the plunge and got my nose pierced as well. Something I had wanted to do for so long but was too scared to follow through on. My daughter's white gold jeweled nose ring looks spectacular on her and I am thrilled with my crystal stud. I can't recommend Piercing HQ more highly. Don't waste time or money going elsewhere, this is the one stop shop for all things piercing!
