Excellent experience with Rainmaker Signs! Michael McGinn made sure to make Kemper Development Company a priority to upgrade one of our properties stairwell signs. The large order that was placed with Rainmaker was accurately received with no mistakes. We were provided with design proofs prior to installation. Installation went perfect. Rainmaker was on time, efficient and made sure each sign was installed to City Fire Code. Customer service was excellent. Michael always followed up with me following installation work and asked if we were happy with the quality. I highly recommend Rainmaker Signs to anyone that needs any sign work completed. Mike Matson was very helpful and patient with me when I was trying to decide on what type of signs to use on some storefronts we own. He even went out to the site to see it for himself and to get a feeling for the character of the surrounding area. Though he suggested a less expensive option, I ended up deciding on lighted cabinet signs. I checked around and his quote was competitive. The signs are in and everyone is happy with them.

Michael went the extra mile on our project - and this really made the difference for us. We are based outside the US and needed someone on the ground in Seattle that we could trust to prepare our conference stand. Michael quickly identified what we needed and managed an efficient print process. His willingness to help us out with some logistics beyond the scope of the project was really really appreciated.
