I own a successful sports bar in St.Louis which we opened almost 4 years ago. We hang our hats on being dubbed the first ever fantasy sports bar in the nation. Since our inception, The Rampant Creative is the third web design company we have contracted out to work on our website. Being that we are a fantasy sports bar, our website should be capable of a variety of things that typical restaurant websites wouldn't need. I don't know the technical jargon, but in layman's terms these include the ability to offer loyalty programs, profile creations by our customers, and real time standings tables that are integrated with our point of sale system.Needless to say, the first two web developers we contracted weren't able to get the job done. In the case of both of those developers, the scope of the project ended up being too much for them to handle. It was a very frustrating 3 years knowing that we had paid these developers in full, but that they weren't able to get our website where I had envisioned it. Moreover, it would often times take over a week for them to get back to me on ANY issue.While I was still working with our second web developer... I met Ben, Dana, and Carol (owners of The Rampant Interactive) at several chamber of commerce events and quickly realized that they not only seemed to have the expertise and comprehension of what our website needed, but also seemed to take on a genuine interest in their client's projects. Therefore, we contracted The Rampant Interactive in early 2012 and have been working with them ever since. The first phase of our website was just completed, and its everything that I had hoped it would be! We'll be contracting them once again to perform the second phase of the website, which are mostly some cutting edge ideas that Rampant Interactive brought to my attention!To summarize my experience with Rampant Interactive: They are extremely fairly priced for the output you'll receive. They are genuinely interested in their client's projects, which is a wonderful thing because they bring ideas to the table on how to make the site better. This is something both of the previous web developers with which I've worked severely lacked, and if you're like me (i.e. not a Web Guru) then outside of the box thinking by the professionals you're working with is extremely beneficial! This leads into the my next point that The Rampant Interactive is extremely proficient when it comes to communicating. Never did I wait for more than a day or two for a response on an issue. They would continue to ask questions until they were 100% certain they knew exactly what I was looking for out an area of our site. Like I previously mentioned they brought plenty of ideas to the table on how to better the site, which I would have never thought of. Finally, they take the phrase 'above and beyond' to heart. They are not only extremely competent on a professional level, but are extremely friendly and have your best interests in mind on a personal level. I can't stress enough that contracting the Rampant Interactive to work on your website or smart phone app will be one of the better business decisions you've ever made!
