Rank First Local has been a true life saver. Earlier this year we noticed a drop off in customer calls and web site visits. According to our team, we were confident our website was slightly above average in terms of layout and content. However, due to the recent decline in new projects I did some research on companies providing SEO services and other similar solutions. During my research, I stumbled upon Rank First Local and read various case studies which were quite impressive and intriguing. As a result, I decided to include them in my list of companies to call and speak with further.From the very first phone call, they were extremely professional and helpful. Based on all the different companies I spoke with, Rank First Local really stood out from the rest in a variety of ways. Firstly, they spent a good amount of time speaking with me about our needs and the current issues we were undergoing. Secondly, they were able to explain exactly what we needed and did not try to sell us all the bells and whistles. In fact, they came up with a service package that we all felt would best resolve our current issues. They even worked with our budget and tailored the package to work for us financially. Lastly, they were extremely patient with us to make our decision, and we did not feel any pressure to immediately sign up. I can tell you that went along way. As a result, we chose Rank First Local to help us with our SEO needs. It has now been 3 months and the difference in the amount traffic to our website is night and day. By the end of the 3rd month traffic had more than doubled, and ever since then we have continued to outperform the previous month. I should also note, that they made suggestions on the presentation of our website, and upon our approval, added content that contributed to the increase in traffic. As a result of their excellent work, the amount of web inquiries and phone calls we have received have more than tripled. A big reason for the success was due to Brandon Doyle, who was specifically assigned to us to help achieve our goals of attracting more traffic to our site and to ultimately increase our customer base in the surrounding areas. Since the very start, it was clear that Brandon truly shared in our desires for growth due to his level of commitment and the excellent work that he continues to perform to this very day. Every month, Brandon and I schedule a conference call to discuss the results provided by Google Analytics and their own proprietary software. Between the two, a wealth of data is collected, analyzed and presented in various reports and online tools. If you have not dealt with this type of information before, let me tell you it can be a little overwhelming. However, Brandon could explain every metric that I was unfamiliar with as well as answer all my questions both fully and concisely. Even more impressive was his ability to add new pages, images, and other content without transforming our website into something completely different than what it was before. Essentially, Brandon understood our image so well that he was able to grow our online presence while still adhering to certain parameters that we established early on to ensure the overall look and feel of the website remained the same.Brandon and the rest of his team at Rank First Local has truly exceeded our highest expectations, and I would highly recommend giving them a call if you are interest in SEO or any other type of online marketing solution. I have been using Rank First Local now for about a year for a home services business based in Chicago, IL. The business has been around for 20 years and within months of working with Ryan and his team, we've noticed 2x the organic SEO traffic and has led to a significant pick up in our web leads which continues to grow.
