Client Review on Rapid Boost Marketing

Feedback:

Did not deliver what they claimed they would.Took too long to fix mistakes or get matters rectified - our logo was showing incorrectly, our number was showing incorrectly, the click and call feature was not working correctly and when they finally did get it working it was a LONG DISTANCE number and not local, they went in and changed info on our website to show INCORRECT numbers for our 3 offices...... And data showed how ineffective it was using their poor services. Right to the end, they failed us. We will NEVER go with this company EVER, nor will we ever recommend them. BIGGEST WASTE of money and time EVER. I'm not saying all their staff are terrible because we never dealt with all of them, but the people they had deal with us didn't know what they were doing at all.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.This company is a money grabbing deceitful one. AVOID IT!INVEST IN A LOCAL reputable company that will do the job right.The above was my original review of this company. We were later notified of a bad apple in the company that was turning up these types of reviews due to their incompetence. This individual is no longer with the company. However, this does not change my review. It is still the company's responsibility as to staffing and training. Hopefully, no other companies have to go through what we did.
