RapidSpike is more than just your average server monitoring platform. They have a large range of services for monitoring performance, security and availability of your infrastructure.At first glance, their pricing can look a little expensive if you are a small business or a single entity managing a couple of servers, but if you scroll down their pricing page just a little bit you will see that they have a "ONE" plan that is perfect for small businesses and startups on a budget.I've reached out to RapidSpike on a few occasions looking for minor tweaks to my plan and every single time I was greeted with someone willing to work with me on building a plan that suited my needs.I also want to recognize Gav Winter for being so patient with me and helping to ensure that I was completely taken care of in a timely fashion.Thanks again for taking care of me. You guys are awesome!
