Needed recovery of information on computer for which I had forgotten password. Computer needed checking for viruses, malware, and other fixes. I called a guy at a Huntsville computer shop whom I trusted and who had worked on my computers in the past. I could not take hardware into the shop and needed someone to come to my home to work on it. The Huntsville shop did not offer on-site repair. However, they highly recommended Robert and his son Bobby at R & D Computer Solutions in Scottsboro who do on-site repair.Bobby arrived in Huntsville at the appointed time (even better - actually early).I was very impressed by R & D's work, promptness, knowledge, and dedication to customer satisfaction.These are rare qualities. I would wholeheartedly recommend Robert and Bobby to anyone needing computer repair just as they were recommended to me!
