Caution! The owner of this business is a Thief! I purchased a Cinestar Octocopter drone from RDM PRODUCTIONS on EBAY The owner, Daniel agreed to have it shipped to me In California. He then tried increasing the price by $100 to throw in some case he supposedly had made for it. I have plenty of drone cases, so I kindly turned the additional items down. This guy is acting like shipping a simple drone is the 2nd coming of Christ or something. I dont want anyone to think this happened years ago and I'm some bitter lover or something. This is happening right now in September 2018. I received an email from Daniel Reid today telling me that he is keeping the almost $500 I paid for this drone (that I dont think even exists)and is refusing to ship me my drone. So a liar and a Thief! Is this really the type of businessman you want to entrust your precious projects to! I was always taught not to ever do business with liars. Cause if someone will stare you right in your eyes and lie to you, more than likely that LIAR is going to try and Steal from you! So like the old saying goes BUYER BEWARE! DONT LET DANIEL REID STEAL FROM YOU TOO! Anyone doubting this review can contact me and I'll forward you the lying thief's emails he sent me. Un which he admits hes a lying thief and quit a Potty mouth

Excellent communication and service. If you need to have DVDs produced, I recommend using RDM.
