The REACTION company in red deer are good in deceiving people. if you have contract with them read carefully before you jump-in and pull the trigger. my bad experience to them once they got paid all promises they say are just ignored and ask more money for add-ons. Mike make promise a lot and not written to the contract and he used Lisa in front to push you back. I wish there is Thumb down icon on this google business. "DISHONESTY" in fact the Website almost $40,000 with user manual and software documentation as they promised at first meeting and just 90 days warranty upon releasing the website the warranty but not stated as well in the contract before hand which is blind spot for software buyer. Website is just a simple WordPress Site "WHAT A RIP OFF". It's better to buy template $300 that include user manual and documentation including SEO. Mike Did you give your Client user manual and Documentation to manage their own website? I hope all client received their software documentation. Good luck to your wrong business practice.
