We just closed on our refi through the First American Title-Colonial office and the team at First American Title SW Orlando office worked so well to coordinate our signing to accommodate us as this office was closer for us. Both offices were awesome to work with, between LeAnna Anderson and Rori Whittington everything went great and closed without a hitch! Amazing teamwork and I’d recommend both offices to all my friends & family!

I have been dealing with First American Title in Dr Phillips (formerly RECS) for many years, they are my number 1 title company. A joy to deal with, super efficient , nothing is too much trouble. Many of my clients are overseas investors and the team at First Am are kind, patient and so helpful with explaining everything . I deal with a number of title companies as a buyers agent but as a listing agent First Am are my number 1 choice and IMHO are streets ahead of them all. Thanks guys for all you do!!!! Paula is professional and attends to every detail and remains calm even thru some difficult transactions, but she always gets us to closing on time. This is the second time we have worked with this company in Dr Phillips and both transactions were either a mess or had very limited communication which caused us to lose money. On the first occasion I gave them the benefit of the doubt but the second time is unacceptable.
