Making the switch to Real Estate Webmasters 4 years ago has been one of the best decisions we have made with running our business. We currently utilize their website platform but have also had them help with optimizing our content and set up a few Google PPC campaigns in the past. I will say it's not the least expensive option on the market, but it is well worth it. REW provides an enterprise-level solution that works. Morgan Carey, the company founder, has a solid background in SEO and it shows. All URLs created are search engine friendly, new pages are a breeze to create, and IDX results are quickly indexed. You can create custom IDX pages that list only properties that meet specific criteria like price or area. Community pages are also easy to set up, and they offer forced registration as an option ensuring you are capturing leads. The support team is always quick to answer the phone and always helpful. These are trained professionals that have the skill-set to solve any issues and answer any questions you may encounter. There is a built-in CRM that you can use to create auto-responders, campaigns and action plans. The CRM tracks things like pages viewed, properties viewed, last active giving you the ability to understand what your site visitors are looking for in their next home. REW has recently launched a new branding and design service. We have not used this service but have seen some of the work they have done, and it's excellent.
