Feedback:

A complete waste. Their facebook leads are low quality. They have a high percentage of fake leads. Fake emails. Fake phone numbers and their monthly management fee is high. I would not recommend.

Real estate agents beware. This company is selling fake leads. They are selling leads who are not real. Jeff the owner is aware. Their sites have major defects and allow people to search without needing a password and they are refusing to refund you for the fake leads. They are waste of money.

Real Geeks is an absolute top notch IDX solution/CRM lead nurturing platform. I have tried the competition and you will not find a more effective tool for converting online leads into closed deals. The value they provide for the price is incredible. Additionally, they are a very progressive company that listens to their users and then uses those suggestions to IMPROVE THEIR PRODUCT which we all benefit from. Thanks again to all the tremendous support staff and to Jeff Manson, you all rock!

Great system, great people, great support, but not a fan of their Adwords Service. Unlike most independent services, Real Geeks DOES NOT provide you with the campaigns once you decide to go it alone and stop paying for their management fee. Instead, they deleted EVERYTHING they put together (that you paid for!) Keep in mind that this can penalize you with Google as this, like SEO, is a cumulative measure with them. It's like deleting all the pages in a mature website and starting from scratch.

Worst conversion of any website I have ever had. The company owner was at times helpful and at other times a quite impatient/unprofessional...I have consistently received a huge percentage of my business from my website for about 16 of the 17 years I have done real estate full time on the Westside of Los Angeles. Unfortunately, after being with Real Geeks for 11 months, I left them because I was getting plenty of leads but the quality was very, very low (used their Google adwords campaign manager Kendra). With all my web leads experience, I obviously know how to close on those leads and actually improved my follow-up dramatically during the time I used their program but only closed one lead that came in from the site while I was with them. So with the cost of their website plus the cost of the ads management and Google PPC, I made almost nothing from the leads that came in as a result of their website and adwords management. The owner of the company (Jeff Manson) refused to answer questions from my SEO guy and was rather impatient when the questions came up (the opinion of my SEO guy, Joon and myself). Jeff was initially helpful and responsive but if he didn't like the question or I probed for a more detailed answer when he didn't address my concern he seemed to get rather irritated. And today I found out that someone at Real Geeks told my SEO guy that they thought I was difficult to work with. I feel it's unbelievably rude and unprofessional to talk negatively about a Customer! On top of it all, the owner of the company (Jeff Manson) wrote 2 negative reviews on my business right after I posted my review. He attempted to bully/manipulate me to take down my review by posting negative reviews about my business (even though I am the customer). My company attorney calls this extortion. Based on this behavior, it appears that Jeff Manson is controlling/manipulating his reviews to some degree (which is very unfair as that's how I ended up trying them in the first place).UPDATE - Yelp removed the review Jeff did on me since it violated their terms of use. Google is tough to reach but I was working on that when Jeff came around and offered to delete his review of me on Google.

As a long time customer with boomtown I was hesitant to switch over my website to Real Geeks. I started a new site to compare the two companies. I figured there was no way that I could get an amazing CRM, powerful website, and a whole host of tools for the price that Real Geeks was charging; it just COULDN’T be possible. I was completely wrong. Almost immediately I was getting more traffic on my Real Geeks site than I was on my boomtown site. The clients simply liked the flow and ease of use of the Real Geeks site. Within the first month I had done twice the business I had done with my boomtown site…. For almost 1/10th of the cost. My Real Geeks site constantly generates new business for my company without me having to spend THOUSANDS of dollars a month.The best thing about Real Geeks is they are continuously adding new features and they are very interested in their customers input. If you have a great idea for a feature they are extremely receptive to your ideas and will find a way to implement them.Switching to Real Geeks was a no brainier for me. If you are ready to SEE a change in the way your users interact with your website, make the switch to Real Geeks.
