Feedback:

Strange phone behavior for a business. I called the number listed on the website (I checked and it was correct) and a man answered who refused to say whether he was Ray (the proprietor) until I identified myself. Even after I said my first name and that I was asking for Ray, he would not say whether he was Ray or not, wanting to know where I was calling from. When I said again I was trying to reach Ray, and asked if he was Ray, he hung up on me.
