My team was in charge of taking our mobile app Shuffle in a new direction. We were challenged with penetrating the Travel & Tourism market and designing our app to help users plan travel itineraries.We met with Rebuild to better understand the Travel market and figure out a plan to re-shape our product to optimize our users' experience.Our engagement with Rebuild was more valuable than I could have imagined. They really dove deep into the core psychology of our users and the real problems they experience.Prior to working with Rebuild, I had a really difficult time imagining what our product would look like, what problems we were actually solving, and how to monetize. Basically, I felt a sense of paralysis of analysis. I had far more questions than answers - I felt like any plans we had felt like just a gamble.However, I left our engagement feeling energized and ready to tackle the challenges ahead. Rebuild's knowledge and insight gave me the confidence I needed to explore the unfamiliar territory and communicate the opportunity back to my stakeholders.Before I felt like we were making a gamble. After I felt like we were making an investment.The Rebuild team members are definitely experts in the Travel & Tourism space. They had decades of extensive qualitative and quantitative research that helped me understand where the market has been and where it is going, teaching me how we can be a key player in its future.I highly recommend working with Rebuild for anything related to Travel & Tourism.
