The customers who contacted were not genuine customers. The moment credit auto- charged, fake customer will tell they not interested anymore. And we have to pay credits for these. Think hard before become pro.... Gutter marketing indeed

Initially when my company started using their service as a Pro few months ago they were very good in refunding my credits when the customers who contacted me were not genuine customers. Things started going down hill when my company purchased more credits from them and all of a sudden they were no longer helpful and don't bother to even follow up on the issues that we brought up to them. I suggest those who want to purchase credits as a Pro to think hard before committing.
