In addition, the individual and combined artistic knowledge, experience, talent and works of the renowned artist Phil Dynan and the accomplished artist/photographer Ana Nelson co-directors of the gallery.So at the Red Bluff Art Gallery, you can both explore and escape the world through the art experience and just enjoy art I know I do here in Red Bluff CA
