Overall Feedback:

I sent what I thoughts was a simple brief into red brick research. Instead of just quoting me what I asked for they took the time to call me, learn about our business, understand what we were trying to achieve and ultimately delivered something totally different that was exactly what we needed. We adjusted our marketing strategy to reflect the new target audiences and it is already paying huge dividends.
