As a small team providing a national online service to the majority of universities in England, the HEAT Service needed to meet the challenge of creating a professional web presence to our highly sophisticated IT-literate customer base. Even when constrained by our own modest budget, Red Bullet provided the creative inspiration, design talent, effective guidance and efficient delivery that resulted in a website that was professional, modern, stylish and highly intuitive to use. As a result, we now have an online presence that more than holds its own on the national stage within which we operate. During development, deployment and post-launch, Red Bullet has continuously provided us with a level of service that has always been way above that expected for such a small-scale website; and their ongoing support has been flawless!
