Client Review on Red Cactus

Feedback:

Red cactus truncated my website after I just asked for the sites hosting to be temporarily suspended. I even forwarded them this email conversation. They blamed me and just blatantly ignored all emails and calls about this.Now they have the audacity to charge me for this domain still when there is NOTHING on it. On redcactus website is says with hosting comes a free .co.za domain. But they always charge me for domains.I was charges for "setting up another site and making sure it works" I then told them "deleting users" does not work and got IGNORED.I was charged and paid for a custom site and instead got a WordPress site with plugins. Since the beginning there are things that don't work and I'm sure it is because of this shortcut they tried to take.I did not get what I paid for. Now I'm just being ignored. Appaling "service".You might as well cancel the eurekatutors domain and site as there is no more site.Redcactus states you get a " free .co za" domain with the entry package (R39). Is this then just false advertising, as I am being charged?!
