Feedback:

I hired them for my wedding. First, the week before we met and they told me they had to bring their kids because they didn't have a sitter. My wedding was no children, so my nephews had to deal with the kids and watch them. My nephews later told me that the kids were crawling under tables and lifting them with their backs. When they left the venue they scattered their business cards all over the entire venue and my mother in law had to frantically run around trying to pick them up. It took months for me to get our first short video. Thank god they know how to do editing, because it's the only thing that saved their only star. I had to beg and beg them for the longer version. After 8 months and me getting ready to sue them they finally told me they would send it on a certain date. When I contacted them on that date they said that they are closing due to illness.I asked them to please just send me my wedding footage, I just wanted the footage- no video. They told me I had to pay an extra $500! I had to send them a copy of their own contract that said all footage belonged to the customer. So after I threatened to sue them the last time, as I was getting ready to go to the court house they said they would send me the footage. They were nice enough to send me tons of 30 second to 1 min videos of my entire wedding. So needless to say, don't hire them unless you have a lawyer on hand. I would go back and pay them to never come to my wedding.
