We worked with David and team at Red Spot Design for our new business website. We'd gone through several other website developers before we found Red Spot. This was by far the best experience we've had even though the price was lower than many of the others. They did exactly what we needed with great attention to detail. David was flexible through all the many iterations we went through. We look forward to working with David for all our website needs as the company grows. We'd highly recommend Red Spot for website work.

This is virtual office, not a real office and no real person to take your phone. Always goes on vm and forwarded. its run by individual from home who off-shoring all client works to Philippine for cheap labor and get commission from us. All they deliver is poor quality work. Not reliable and good company to work with. Waste of time and money.

David just completed my website, and I could not be happier with the final product. Unlike like most other people, I was very hands on from the beginning. I knew every detail of what I wanted for the website, but just needed someone to make it come to life for me. David was very patient with me as we went back and forth for many weeks as I tweaked things. I know because of how particular I am I can sometimes be frustrating to work with, however he never showed any signs impatience. My website is for my hair salon, so everything visual was so critical, and David was very understanding and receptive on how many visual changes I made along the way. With his expertise of web design he was able to add little touches that I didn't even know were possible. And maybe most importantly, his communication was fantastic. Communication is a deal breaker for me. If I am working with someone professionally and have questions I expect a quick acknowledgement, which nowadays is obsolete. People are rude and aloof and have very poor customer service. Not David, he was very thorough in his responses right away everyday. Never left me hanging and never left questions unanswered. It has been a true pleasure to work with him, and I am so grateful to have found him. I will certainly use David for any projects in the future. He is a true professional and will deliver fantastic results, with excellent customer service to match!
