Needed help making all the computers and WiFi devices work in my home - and that meant getting around stone walls and multi levels plus checking to be sure I had proper protection on my devices. RedOrum Techs are impeccable when they arrive on time, extremely knowledgeable in assessing the situation and offering a solutions. Personally I think they undercharge for their services compared what I have paid in the past and the results are spot on. When I first opened the Law Office of Tee Laoteppitaks, Esq., I was looking for an IT consulting firm that could handle all of my IT needs, in a simple, linear manner. These guys were able to answer any questions I had whether it had to do with the website they created for me, Search Engine Optimization, or general online marketing questions, I was always given a detailed response in a very timely fashion. They ensured that whatever requests I had were met with perfection. Red Orum knows what they are doing, and they do it extremely well. As for their customer service, I cannot say enough.
