Highly recommended. RedX made the transition from another, proprietary platform clear and easy for us, novices in website management at the Penn Township municipal office. The WordPress platform is relatively easy to use and RedX helped along the way with adjustments. Responses from RedX were quick and we had face-to-face training and meetings when needed.

Competent truly describes the staff at RedX. Not only were Jason and his staff competent they showed a sincere desire to ensure we were satisfied with the end product. We didn’t always agree on the design concepts but we always found a listening ear and a willingness to make necessary changes to suit our needs. With clients all across the U.S. and all our business initiated through our website having our site operating flawlessly when we launched was imperative and RedX exceeded our expectations. During this project we ended up with a very hard deadline that we needed to meet on our end and this is where Jason and Sarah truly shined. They understood how critical this issue was and went above and beyond to make sure we met the deadline while remaining on budget.
