Client Review on Reel Pro Video

I was not really happy with the results of my slides being converted. There was a lot in inconsistency in the quality, some were really nice, some had red eye and some were very pixilated. I am not sure how to describe the quality properly but it was not all good. My slides were in good condition as they are always kept in the plastic cases they come in from being developed. I should have said something right away, but I did not so I take blame for the quality. The price was reasonable. I had a hard time contacting the business. Not sure I will use them again.
