After doing my homework on this I decided to go here. I dropped off tapes, photo slides and my dad's old reel. The look on his face when he saw it.... Everything transferred came out as to be expected or better. I got back: my originals, DVDs (in cases), a hard drive with all the files on it and a neat website with the videos on it I was able to assign a password to, which was helpful as my other family didn't need any sort of account to watch it. Happy.

I came here after using another service to transfer my parent's film, bec the first company I used cropped the film and parts were cut out. These guys know what they are doing. my parents were so happy with the files, the video was full, sharp and vivid. The little camera tapes and vhs I brought in were also done perfectly. customer service was top notch, I highly recommend.

dropped my tapes off here to be ready for Christmas, he rushed them for me and I could not be happier, vhs vivid colors, and audio cassettes had clear audio. second place I tried, they actually care about you

Excellent transfer quality compared to what I had. The man who took in my tapes was very nice. Quick service. They gave me a website composed of my original film as well, which is pretty awesome.

Dropped off over 40 tapes here a week ago. The guy was very nice and warned me they might not look so good because they are very old but they came out better than i thought also built a website for me so i could watch all the tapes online. great deal, happy customer.

Just stopped by after trying to covert some of my old tapes onto my pc. Trying to do it myself was a real hassle and passed this place regularly so I figured I would give them a shot.... The Good: The difference was really night and day compared to the tapes I did myself. The colors were sharper and more vibrant and even the sound was clearer. I also got an email a few days later with a link to see the videos online. I am paranoid that people will find my stuff online, so I was glad to see they hosted the videos privately instead of youtube and whatever. I usually stick to the DVD though as it is even crisper apposed to viewing online. The Bad: While everyone was very nice, things looked a little messy as they had lots of forms and papers on the desk. There were lots of tapes and film all around but they all looked very organized. The guy there told me they were primarily a wholesaler for other stores, so I guess why it looked more like an office building than a retail store. But please, for walk-in customers: CLEAN UP a little bit will ya. All in all: I rate for the product apposed to the store itself, so 5 stars.
