Refined Internet (led by Michael Lomas) has a well-developed sense of customer service and relations.From the first briefing there was an enthusiastic and "can do" response to the project and, more importantly, issues and problems which arose during the process were met with equanimity and a co-operative response. It was as if Refined were partners in the project rather than just service providers.In situations where we would have been out of our depth we were never left without the close proximity of a lifeline (and a telephone number). We always felt Refined were listening to our concerns and always went on the front foot to help find practical solutions that would meet our future needs.The finished product is something we are proud of and we hope will add to Refined's own growing portfolio of impressive websites and satisfied customers.
