Originally founded as Sandford Technology in 2002 Refractiv has a strong pedigree in online products and services, security, web and software development.

Refractiv is a UK-based private company with offices in the Leeds area and Birmingham. Most of our customers are in the UK although we work with international businesses and have customers in Canada and Australia. In 2006 we acquired Leap Frog, an award-winning web design and development business;

this acquisition extended our market for custom websites, particularly in the public sector, and also strengthened the creative side of the business. Cloud Solutions Business is being rapidly transformed into a predominantly digital landscape, with enterprises large and small transacting through Cloud Services, advanced websites and hosted applications.
